Bought new case-ice-route from AppliancePros.com for Samsung Refrig RF267ABRS. Part arrived intact and on-time. On my Samsung model, the original part has a chute (clear piece) with a molded channel for the water dispensing tube to sit in. After trying all of the resets, I watched a YouTube Video about the evaporator problems that occur on Samsung units of this vintage.
