After checking the fan with 12 volts from a battery and found it was working, I tested the temp sensor. It seemed to have the resistance that was required but since it was cheap I ordered a replacement anyway. First off I unplugged the refrigerator. I removed the meat tray, and the three screws on either side. The screws hold the meat tray drawer guides.
