Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week. I found a YouTube video and followed the steps. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete the change out of the assembly. I removed one screw, carefully pulled out the assembly, then disconnected one cable (reversed the process for the new assembly).
