Replaced the main controller ("computer") board. This is a very easy fix; took only about 10 minutes. However, I'm hoping that the old board was the cause of the problem. It could be something to do with the door locking solenoid & microswitch unit. I ordered the wrong part number. The 7 inch element arrived and would not replace the 10 inch burned out element. I called appliancepartpros and they gave me the correct part number. So I ordered the 10 inch and it arrived just several days later. They sent an email with a return address for the 7 inch part return. The installation was a piece of cake, just 4 screws to lift the glass and 3 wires to snap on. Outstanding service! Read more
