We used the AP5306646 Assembly Cover part to replace the dispenser portion of the unit. There is a video on YouTube where the person explains how to get the old unit out. It was 1 screw and then a pulling motion. It takes a little bit of strength and finesse but it came out like the video. Ordered the pieces from here. Downloaded the user manual. I never work on appliances but I couldn't justify the $200 a service tech would have charged to fix a $35 part. Followed the manual and removed the door. Replaced the broken plastic pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL not to strip the screws. I did and that's another story. Very easy to fix. Easy repair. Remove drawer. Take cover off wire connection on back of drawer front. Disconnect wire terminal. Remove 4 bolts holding drawer front to both slide assemblies ( 10 mm socket ) and set aside. Remove small sheet metal screw at top front of both slides. Disconnect wire terminal from wall.
