At first I cycled the power to the unit by flipping the breaker. The unit would start working again but then a few days later it stopped cooling. Then a day later it stopped cooling again. Removed refrigerator panel, disconnected light and fan power. Removed fan assembly and replaced motor, grommets and fan attachment spring. Unit had adhesive on spring to help hold the spring. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge.
