There were some pieces of calcium developing in the ice, so I removed the ice bucket, emptied the ice and found that it had a large crack in the back. Don't know how that could've happened. Initially called repair man and he checked it out , took about half of the freezer insides out to decide the fan was bad. Then he informed me that he did not have part and was going to be on vacation for a week.
