Following advice on YouTube I removed the ice maker and found the ice tray had broke. The You Tube video said they got the parts from AppliaceParts Pros. The site was easy to use and quickly sent me the needed part - an ice tray for about $12. Much cheaper than a service call. I put in the part yesterday. It was easy - just need a screwdriver and flash light. My wife is so happy to have ice again. Read more

Parts are exactly as described in the user's guide. I shutdown the water, removed the old parts ( I had already thrown away the ice bucket), cleaned up a bit, and put the parts back in. Pressed the test button and off it went! Parts were delivered as promised and they were carefully packaged so that they would not break. I am really satisfied with my purchase.
