Whenever the drawer was opened, it would fall of the guide rails. This lead to the drawer being crooked several times. I took the drawer out and noticed one of the glides was missing. Ordered a new pair, popped it on and now the drawer slides properly. Read more

The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. We ordered a new oven door handle and received it the next morning. What a great surprise! When we took the old handle off, the glass inset dropped and almost crashed to the floor. This was quite startling. What we did not know was that the plastic clip that the glass inset on the oven door rests in was also broke. It was very brittle and had cracked.
