One of the side trim strips was folded over on itself, which made latching the door difficult. It was an easy fix: used a Torx screwdriver to remove 2 screws on each side, and just replaced it on each side. We just bought an older home, and the Bosch dishwasher was missing the base panel. Found the model number inside the appliance, and found the part online.
