The Hinge Lever (RH) is an OEM component specifically designed for Bosch dishwashers. This right-hand lever is a part of the dishwasher door hinge assembly, working to open and close the door during each use. Causes of a bad hinge lever can include wear and fatigue over thousands of opening and closing cycles. Ordered the full hinge piece and an extra bushing. Was able just to slide the dishwasher forward a bit, lift the right side hinge off its seat and pop in the new bushing without disassembling. Fixed! Took off front white panel ( do not take hinge screws off )took off all screws inside stainless steel panel. Took off control panel and remove the two screws on the control panel and and then removed tabs with either a screw driver or with my fingers, be delicate, the tabs can break easily. Remove white plastic cover and then install buttons and new cover. Then proceed to install everything as you did on removal. Read more

Removed 10 Star Screws to get the door cover off and the fascia panel snapped off. Inserted the 6 buttons and the door handle into the facia panel prior to snapping it in place. Screwed the door cover back in place and the job was done. The facia has two tabs that need to be inserted into the door. Be careful not to crack them as they seem fragile. I ordered a new front panel and handle for my dishwasher to coordinate with the new stove and refrigerator. I watched the online video and it looked simple. We received the panel in great shape. We installed it in about 15 minutes. The only problem was the screws for the new handle. We did not realize that the new handle was closer to the door than the old handle so the old screws were too long.
