The Wire Harness is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. As the central connection hub, it comprises the bundled wiring that routes electrical power and signals throughout the dishwasher. The wire harness is discreetly located behind panels to power critical components like heating elements, water valves, circulation pumps and control boards.
Causes of a bad wire harness include cracked insulation, broken wires or damaged terminals due to normal wear over time. Repeated vibration during cycles and heat exposure can degrade the internal wiring.
Symptoms of a bad wire harness include:
- Intermittent or complete power loss mid-cycle
- Lights, displays and functions failing to illuminate/operate
- Error codes appearing
- Resistance preventing components from activating
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.

The door will spring shut once you take the inner panel off so be careful. You'll need a Torx screwdriver
