This junction box kit includes a power cord and wiring connections used to supply electrical power to the dishwasher. I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time.
