I started by watching an instructional video. It looked to be easily accomplished. Then I watched a video on changing a circulating pump on a Bosch dishwasher. Looked at user manual for model number of dishwasher. Used the model number to search on AppliancePartsPros to find replacement parts. Received the two new dishracks the next day. Followed the instructions to assemble the few parts. Easy installation and fit perfectly. Read more
This part snaps onto the bottom of the upper dishrack. Color: gray. The spray arm is about 18 inches in diameter, and the tube measures about 11 inches.

After some online research, I luckily found someone else with the same issue. They also included a link to the correct control module, which was important because all the online parts suppliers were recommending the wrong part.
