The amount of water being dispensed into the ice cube tray was excessive, causing overflow of the tray. The water then ran into the collection bin and even down the side walls of the freezer creating a huge block of ice in the bin, and ice all over the lower shelves as well. Removed lower rear cover, compressor was very hot. This is usually a capacitor issue, but the schematic on the back of the unit shows a start/ run relay. For the low cost, I replaced both. parts were delivered in 2 days. The start/ run relay is mounted directly to the compressor. It slides on/ off with a little bit of prying. No fasteners. Because the Fan Motor on the Fridge side was not working originally, the Evaporator coil would freeze up AND the water dispenser would freeze up as well. Based on what I found on the internet, I ordered the Temperature Sensor and Thermal Fuse first with AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced them. Even after that, it was the same symptom with the fridge temperature. Had a technician come in to diagnose that the problem is with the Motor Fan.
