This is a screw intended for use in refrigerators, specifically as the top mounting screw for the handle. If the screw in the handle is missing, stripped, or otherwise not performing its function, a replacement screw should be ordered.A visual inspection will determine if a screw is missing. I took my time and the only issue was that I had to flip the handles from the first installation so that the trim would fit better.
