This is my parent's refrigerator but luckily my brother and I were both there when it happened. I found the manual and researched on the parts website to find the parts we needed. Dad, 88, wanted to call the appliance repairman but we convinced him to let us give it try. Two days later the parts arrived, my brother and sister-in-law fixed the door and Dad saved $100. He is happy and we thank you for the quick service! Read more
