This screw is used to secure the handle end cap to the center of the door. The screw size measures 8-18 x 1/2 inches.

Defrost circuit was broken, defrost thermostat failed and allowed the frost to build up and clog the ports . Replaced defrost thermostat and fixed the circuit.....the heating element worked again as the defrost thermostat was broken in the open position, not allowing the heating element to operate. This door gasket is a flexible magnetic seal that attaches around the perimeter of the freezer door to create an airtight seal when closed.
