Took off the freezer door, took off the top hinge on the refrigerator door, replaced the handle, re-installed the top hinge and the freezer door. This is a rubber gasket that seals the connection between the water fill tube and the ice maker assembly inside the freezer compartment. It prevents water from leaking around the fill tube during the ice maker's fill cycle. Replace this gasket if you notice water dripping or ice buildup around the fill tube area, or if water is leaking onto the freezer floor during ice production.
