I simply removed and replaced the bake element and light bulb. The only difficulty I had was working around the open oven door. I relied on the Appliance Parts Pros videos for procedures on how to do this safely and correctly. I would not have attempted this repair without the videos. Had to pull it out from the cabinet, flip on its side (expect water on the floor). Old part came off and new part went on easily. Pulling and reinstalling the dishwasher is harder than replacing this part. The old part did have the single use clamp mentioned in the video, but I was able to cut through it with some large wire cutters. (Not small ones - this thing is thick.) I ordered a Window Pac and a new oven door seal for this project. Our oven is 25+ years old and still works...I wasn't sure how easy or hard this would be, so initially I delayed ordering these parts for three weeks!
