Removed four hex head screws that secured back access panel. Tilted machine forward and removed the drain hose. The two hose clamps can be moved by hand. Replaced the new drain hose with new clamps. Changed all 4 damper rods that support the tub. Can't tell by just looking at them if there bad. Took them off and replaced them 1 at a time. Very easy to do. Was not sure if this was going to fix the error code or not but I haven't had a problem since. Read more
