Ordered new wheel assembly, which came in about a day and a half. The broken assembly was on the left front so I only had to slide the dishwasher out just enough to expose the two mounting screws on the outside of machine.When you remove the old assm there are two rubber washers on the back side. If you didn't order new ones,remember to remove them from broken assembly and install them onto the new piece.Overall this is an easy fix and took about ten minutes including pulling the machine away... Ordered new top rack and changed out the rusty one. Taking the washer arm off the old one and putting it on the new one was a bit challenging but my husband is good with those things and it went well. Beware that NO instructions come with the rack and there is a bagful of parts that are probably if you want to change rollers or something. Read more

With the basket out of the dishwasher, the plastic parts basically snap on and off... popped the broken parts off and the new parts on. The 2 wheel and mount assemblies were a little more complicated. The video on the website advises to disconnect the supply line and drain line... I didn't have to do this.
