I went to the Samsung site which led me to your site. I spoke to a gal who kindly let me know I could watch videos on how to install them on the machine. I verified that there were no drain line obstructions. Checked the ohms across the pump motor. Ran the washer through the diagnostics test. Determined that the main control board must be the problem. Replacing the PCB main board did the trick! It's a trivial "monkey swap". The wiring harnesses are even uniquely keyed (different shapes/sizes) making reconnect errors nearly impossible. Accessing the board was easy: the top of the washer comes off with the removal of a few screws on the top rear of the machine and the PCB board is also top rear mounted.
