This is a replacement single electrical harness that restores the factory wiring connection between components. It provides a like-for-like connection to help return affected functions to normal operation when wiring is damaged. What it does:
I initially replaced the rotator sensor located on the stator assembly. That didn’t fix the problem. So I ordered the stator assembly and the wire harness. After replacing both parts, the washer works great. Not sure if it was the stator or the harness but felt I would leave it as is to prevent any future problems that may occur with old parts. After watching the video, I realized this repair was well within my abilities. No specialized tools were needed. I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, and all items were in stock and delivered within a couple... Read more

While you are doing all this you might as well clean all the filters and make sure none of the valves and tubes are leaking. Getting it apart was pretty easy. The hard part is putting the... Replace the ball sensor. Also known as the out of balance sensor . Another confirmatory clue was when I ran the QC diagnostics . The moment I ran the first diagnostic test, the spin test, I got a bE (ball sensor) error code in the display and the drum would rotate slowly. When I replaced the sensor the drum ran at very hig speed the moment I entered the diagnostic. This was a good way to confirm in a few seconds that the sensor fixed the problem without having to run a wash load and waiting... Read more
I removed the drum and found that the spider was totally broken. Decided to order a new drum with the spider. The item came as expected, only took a couple of days, replace it and voila, a got a washer fixed. Just want to mention that because of that problem, the tub cover and the gasket connected to the door needed to be replaced too because we waited to long to see that there was a problem with the vibration of the drum during the spinning cycle.
