Replace worn washer tub bearings when you hear grinding noise or smell burning rubber during spin cycles. Prevents drum friction and damage. Verify fit.
An online search for LG washing machine parts came up with a repair video from Appliance Parts Pros. I watched the video. It was very well done, very detailed, and took you step by step through the entire process to replace the tub bearings and the spider, from start to finish. After watching the video, I realized this repair was well within my abilities. No specialized tools were needed. I ordered the parts from Appliance Parts Pros, and all items were in stock and delivered within a couple... Read more

This tub-to-pump hose connects the washer's outer tub to the drain pump, carrying water out during the drain cycle. Replace it to resolve leaks or drain errors caused by cracks, splits, or internal blockages.
Based on info around the web and your site I chose to replace all of the bellowed hoses (3) in the machine, as I did not know which bellow was leaking without taking the washer apart first. If one hose was old enough to leak I figured the others were not far behind. The appliance parts pros videos were very helpful, although I chose to replace the drum drain bellows via access through the rear panel thereby saving myself the time of disassembling the front of the machine, as was instructed. Replacement wire harness for washers. Restores electrical connections between components when original wiring is damaged, frayed, or corroded. Direct fit.
I initially replaced the rotator sensor located on the stator assembly. That didn’t fix the problem. So I ordered the stator assembly and the wire harness. After replacing both parts, the washer works great. Not sure if it was the stator or the harness but felt I would leave it as is to prevent any future problems that may occur with old parts. Thanks to appliance part pros for the videos and quick delivery of parts. Read more

I think it was leaking both from the front and the bottom somehow. The boot seal was pretty cruddy anyways so I figured even if it was wrong, it was time to replace. You basically had to take the entire washing machine top and front off. This takes a little bit of time and organization but is relatively easy. While you are doing all this you might as well clean all the filters and make sure none of the valves and tubes are leaking. Getting it apart was pretty easy. The hard part is putting the...
