The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting. Replace your worn or broken refrigerator bottom hinge pin. Supports the door and serves as the lower pivot point on the bottom hinge assembly.

I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video. The auger motor failed and wouldn't turn. I replaced the motor and it works without a problem. Make sure you dont throw away the motor boot or buy one if you don't have one. Otherwise, the temperature will freeze up the motor and lead to premature failure. Read more

The short... Our GE refrigerator has a dual evaporator. Which means there is an evaporator in both the freezer and the refrigerator.
