Ordered 12 replacement rubber pads to charge out the old brittle ones. The grates were placed in the oven for a cleaning cycle (per the manual instructions). The manual did not say to remove the pads prior to the long cleaning heat cycle. Had to replace all 12 pads. Previous owners did kitchen renovation years ago and nobody noticed that delivered stove top was the Propane model (and never converted to nat gas).
