Prevents leaks by sealing the bottom of your dishwasher door. Replace if water leaks during cycles or rubber shows wear. Verify fit with your model number.
All parts arrived in one box - I purchased the tub gasket, lower door gasket and lower door seal. My existing parts were visibly pretty worn out, dishwasher is 12 years old (maybe should have just bought anew one?). Tub gasket was pretty easy, it took me a while to make sure it was even all the way around, after attest run and the subsequent drying heat it fits nicely. Lower door seal went as video, all good, my other one was destroyed from the heat cycles. Could not get the lower door seal... Read more

After having replaced the drum support rollers twice in a roughly 3yr period, I realized something wasn't quite right, and indeed it wasn't. I had been ordering the wrong parts - I did use the online parts locator after checking, & double checking my model number. Apparently my older Whirlpool dryer has a somewhat ambiguous model number because the rollers that were shipped each time looked nothing like the originals. I realize that is not particularily uncommon - manufacturers often modify... Read more

The previous tenant in my daughter's new apartment apparently had a grease fire of sorts in the GE XL44 gas oven. This left the insulating double glass panes so fouled up that one could not see into the oven. I removed the oven door (just lifts off the hinges) and proceeded to disassemble the door so as to get to the glass panes. That's when the real problems arose: the window seal rope, which lays around the edge of the opening to the oven, was burnt to a crisp -- see photos. The oven... Read more

Gasket and liner arrived as planned. Clips were a day later. Used "hog ring" pliers to remove the clips, worked great. Followed general instructions on APP video I found on YouTube for similar GE refrigerator. I soaked the gaskets in warm bath water first which may or may not have been required as I let the gaskets sit out flat in a warm house for a week first and they were about as straight as they would get. Installing the gasket in the groove was not very difficult assuming you have strong fingers. Entire process takes more time than you think as the gasket needs to be heated with a hair dryer and stretched... Read more
