Water overflowing into ice bucket David C. • Wichita Falls , TX • June 17, 2015
Samsung refrrigerator. it started when the setting was on cubes but was putting out crushed ice. then months later the water refill was running down into the ice bucket causing a massive block of ice in the bucket. look closely at the first two or three cubes in the ice tray after they unload. mine were not dumping and staying in the tray. when the water refill kicked on it would overfill the tray (because of the leftover cubes remaining in the tray) and would run down into the ice bucket...

Catastrophic failure of the dryer cycling thermostat in a maytag neptune super stack Richard M. • Cornish , NH • October 19, 2020
Through 15 years of vibration, the Cycling Thermostat evidently had degraded to the point where one electrical connection or more came loose and caused a short. There is also a possibility that the Bakelite section of the Dryer Cycling Thermostat body separated from the metal base, simultaneously exposing all four connections to a short. The thermostat literally exploded into chunks and dust. There was a heavy arcing and then, thankfully, the thermal fuse blew and shut down power to the short...

Genuine Lg part

Part Number: ADQ72910911
The LG Refrigerator Water Filter is an OEM Replacement Part. It is designed to improve the quality of water and protect refrigerators and ice machines from sediment deposits. This NSF-Certified filter effectively reduces iron and particulates. It also preserves beneficial minerals like fluoride. The filter measures 5.6 inches high and 3.3 inches in diameter.
It is installed by removing the top shelf and pulling the old filter downward. Then turn it counter-clockwise, and replace it with the new filter aligned in a horizontal position. To ensure the best performance and the removal of trapped air and contaminants, it's recommended to flush the dispenser with 2.5 gallons of water in alternating cycles. If your model includes a water filter indicator, press and hold the Filter or Reset button for 5 seconds after installation. With a lifespan of 6 months and a 500-gallon capacity, this filter provides both quality and longevity.

Dishes would't clean on the top rack and bottom dishes were wet Rajasekhar R. • Warrenton , VA • August 02, 2015
I replaced the rear tube that feeds water to the top and middle spinners, and this appears to have fixed the problem.
The middle spinner, which is attached to the bottom of the top rack, has a tube that connects to a hole in the middle of the rear tube. This hole has a rubber flap and I noticed that this flap was wide open.
The tube under the tray has a straight edge protruding from it at the back. This edge pushes the flap open and I suspect that when the water is flowing, this edge rotates...

After self clean cycle oven heated very slowly and never got to temp Beth C. • Atkinson , NH • March 27, 2018
Online chat here said that the oven sensor should be replaced. I got the feeling that was a bit off, so I went with my gut and ordered the thermostat as well. Replaced the sensor and that didn't fix it. Replaced the thermostat and it worked like a charm! Disappointed that they were overconfident in their answer and it would have taken me more days to fix - but, the products came in quickly (basically, next day) and were correct. Online video for my particular oven was incorrect - but it's...

Part Number: 134786100
This moisture sensor consists of two metal strips typically mounted inside the dryer drum area that detect the moisture level in clothing during a drying cycle. It signals the control board to end the cycle when clothes reach the desired dryness. Replace this sensor if your dryer shuts off too early with clothes still damp, runs too long, or if the auto-dry cycle no longer functions properly.
