First determined drain discharge hose was clear. Turned of power to dishwasher. I did not find it necessary to remove the dishwasher. I simply removed the lower service panel at the floor and was able to easily remove the defective pump, unplug it, replace the small rubber check valve flapper before the pump inlet and reinstall the new pump assembly. After the part arrives, I was double check to make sure I got the right part. Importantly, unplug the electrical power first before do anything, also turn off the water hose for safety. Then removed 4 screw out side panel and 2 screw in side to get lose. After all, replaced a new part and put all panel and screw back together. Replaced the switch took a total of about five minutes. I pulled the stove out and turned the breaker off so I only had to pull it out enough to get a 1/4 " nut driver in behind it. Removed three screws and the back cover came off. I pushed the switch threw from the back and switched over the two wires then reversed the process. Took the washer out, turned it over and found the solenoid that worked the drain valve to be melted, and the shaft that the solenoid activates was heavily corroded. Removed front and top panels of washer, removed old switch assembly. Then mounted and hooked up new switch assembly, put panels back on, turned on power and unit now works fine. The parts are under the stovetop and the knobs are attached to them. We bought the correct ones from AppliancePartsPros, these were the correct ones. Seems we have an oddball stovetop.
