This turned out to be a very complicated repair ONLY because the wires that attached to the very far end of the broil element came detached inside and behind the wall of the oven. It is one step this side of impossible to fish the wires out and reconnect them to the new element. The new switch was a little different than the old one. Following the instructions made it easy on which wire when where. First unplugged the oven then I took out the long light bulb on the very top then took out the 2 screws under the bulb. Second take out one screw on the top left side.
