Replaced with new assembly and still did not work. Was waiting on repairman and decided to unplug the refrigerator as a reboot. After one minute of no power the reset button worked and now it makes ice. Not sure what fixed it except reboot. Read more

All it really took to fix it was to take off 3 screws and loosen one larger screw. It really was that easy but it took a lot longer to do because we took out a lot of screws that we would not have needed too. Read more

Despite no listed bins for this model (WRF736SDAM14) and no compatible cross reference numbers, the bin I purchased fit perfectly and snapped right in place. Identical to the other (small) door bins that came with the fridge. Read more

Initially I noticed the crusher drum was cracked and broken so I replaced the drum the retaining nut on the end of the auger and the circlip and washer. it worked fine for a time and then the drum began free wheeling. upon further inspection I discovered the retain nubs on the auger had worn down allowing the blade to slip down the auger body. so I replaced the auger, drum, drive blade, and drive cam.
