Easy fix, this was an identical match to the fan that was in the oven. The only thing missing was the foam strip, that easily came off the old fan assembly and stuck to the new one. The hardest thing was finding the part, and with a picture to verify. Removed front of dryer panel, removed top, and removed drum. Replaced motor and wheel, because the old wheel was rusted on the motor shaft, and could not be removed, so I had to break it off. Replaced motor, and reassembled. Everything works now. I also replace the switch-Pb, because the start button was getting stuck. Read more

I removed both basket guides, removed the ice cube maker then removed the back wall panel, all only taking around 10 min. This gave me access to the fan, removed 2 more screws, disconnected 3 wires, all with connectors, then went in reverse to install new fan. 1/4" nut driver and a pair of needle nose pliers is all you need. The pliers are to remove the plastic wire keepers on the fan. Read more

Bought a new sump/motor assembly to make it an easy swap out instead of buying just the motor. Assembly also came with a new diverter motor so I won't have to worry about having to go back in there if that failed. I also purchased new turbidity sensor and drain pump (which I found out had a small leak in addition to starting to fail) since I was already in there. The machine works like it's brand new now.
