An online search of the problem (would not agitate or spin) indicated a bad lid switch. Then with model number was able to find an online video on how to change it. Next I opened the washer, like in the video (very easy) and made sure that the lid switch looked like the one I ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I had removed three screws behind the control board cover of the washer, to access the old lid switch. I checked the continuety of the of the switch with a multimeter and it obviously failed the the test by displaying infinity of <1, rather than being 0. I removed the old switch with a flathead screw driver, I tested the new one and installed it in no time. Problem solved!!!

Took door off, saw that dispenser linkage was ok, I could open and close by hand, so figured the wax motor or the wiring to it were most likely the problem. I took off the wax motor ( actuator) and ran 120 volts to it via jumper wires, and it did not move at all, so figured good chance that was the problem. Found part # on your site, received new one quickly from you, put it in and works great. Thanks.
