Tom D Aptos , CA July 15, 2016 Missing a part that was difficult to identify A part was missing from a dishwasher purchased from a company that was going out of business. When the electrician tried to install it, he found that it was missing a critical, proprietary part that connected the power to the unit. The part did not appear on any diagrams provided with the machine. I contacted Appliance Parts Pros. They found an obscure diagram that showed the part, identified the part, and tracked it down for me. The part was priced reasonably and shipped quickly. Highly recommended. Pulled up pdf of owners manual which was very clear. Found out how to install plug and also how to run dishwasher since it had been given to me without this manual.I would use Appl.Parts pro. whenever I need any other parts for this unit or any of my other appliance.
