John K Austin , TX July 20, 2024 E 11 ef4 fabric softener compartment not draining Checked water lines and cleaned them out. Issue persisted. Researched options. Common response was to replace the water valve. Recommendation to replace gaskets, if needed. Replaced old water valve with new one (fairly easy process), and retested the machine.
