I went to a local stove parts store to find a replacement. The store ordered the element for me and promised that it would arrive the next day. Ordered spare part that actually fit my oven. Arrived in three days from next state over. Unplugged power cord, removed racks, used 1/4" socket on ratchet with 6 inch extension to remove two sheet metal screws at lower back of oven. Pulled old element out 2 inches then tilted front of element up 45 degrees for spade connectors to clear holes at back of oven.
