It's was easy to replace. Unplugged the oven from the wall, unscrew the two screws that hold the element to the back of the oven and pulled it away from the oven. Then just pull off the two wires at the end of the bake element. Install the new one in the revers order, easy.

Genuine Frigidaire part

Part Number: 5303307010
The bake element is the lower oven heating element that produces heat during bake cycles. Replacing a failed element restores proper preheating and even baking performance when your range no longer heats correctly in bake mode.
- Provides bottom-up heat in bake mode to reach and maintain set temperatures
- Typical symptoms include no heat in bake, excessively long preheat, or uneven/undercooked results
- Visual clues of failure may include blisters, cracks, or burnt spots on the element
- A shorted element may trip a household breaker when energized
What's included: 1 bake element
- Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing; verify no power to the range
- Remove oven racks; unfasten the element from the rear wall and gently pull it forward to access terminals
- Transfer the wires to the new element one at a time; do not let wires retract into the rear panel
- Reinstall and secure the element, ensure connections are fully seated and clear of metal, restore power, and test
