Replacing the hinges on my Viking Professional range was as a snap and easier than I expected.
The door easily slid off the hinge brackets. You may have to flip the silver locking brackets to allow the door to release. Removing the hinges only required a phillips screwdriver. You do have to remove the lower panel to access the bottom screw of the bracket, but only requires removal of 6 screws: 2 each for the brackets and the top two screws of the bottom panel. You do have to loosen the bottom two screws of the bracket, but it slides out its slots.
Because of how they broke, I had to use the screwdriver to fish out the spring into a position where they would allow the brackets to slide out easily. The brackets slid back in easily. The "self-tapping" screws required a little effort to tighten completely. Slide the door back on, and voila, you are done. There are a couple of adjustment screws at the end of the brackets that you can back out to ensure the door is aligned correctly. I backed my out a couple of turns.
