Anthony Y Killen , AL July 09, 2016 Appliance: KitchenAid 30" Slide-In Electric Oven KESI901PBS00 Kitchenaid oven displaying f2e0 stuck key error Our Kitchenaid KESI901PBS00 oven initially had the OFF button stop working. As a "go around" we would turn the oven off by setting the STOP TIME one minute later than the current time, thus the oven would turn off after the set minute. After a year of using this maneuver, the display came up with a Stuck Key f2e0 error and could not be used. Research found the most likely culprit was the Membrane Switch. I ordered and replaced the Membrane Switch. The oven is once again fully functional. A note to others with this model oven, remove the screws above the oven door, slide the oven out a few inches and remove a screwon either side of the trim to get the control panel out. George B Asheville , NC March 12, 2014 Oven would not work / most of the buttons on the keypad were not working I got my owners guide and looked up how to get an error code by repeatedly pressing the ON/START buttons on the keypad. I did a google search for the error code and found out that I probably needed a new membrane switch. After watching a youtube video on how to replace the membrane (to make sure I could handle it) I got the part number off the piece and found it at your store - where it was super easy to navigate and find my part! I fixed it! It took less than 15 minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars, I'm sure. ps: my husband is very, very proud of me Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
