Our Kitchenaid KESI901PBS00 oven initially had the OFF button stop working. As a "go around" we would turn the oven off by setting the STOP TIME one minute later than the current time, thus the oven would turn off after the set minute. After a year of using this maneuver, the display came up with a Stuck Key f2e0 error and could not be used. Research found the most likely culprit was the Membrane Switch. I ordered and replaced the Membrane Switch. The oven is once again fully functional. A note to others with this model oven, remove the screws above the oven door, slide the oven out a few inches and remove a screwon either side of the trim to get the control panel out.
