Karim L Duluth , GA June 20, 2020 Door flap wasn't closing properly. Video is super helpful. Took the covers off and unplugged everything, noticed the doorflap clip was broken on one side and the strike had come detached from the thing that moves it. Put in the new doorflap and re-attached the strike, re-attached the plugs and re-screwed everything easily. One note - we had to remove 15 screws and they were all different, so keep them organized for reassembly. Take special note in the video in the replacement of the spring. That made it easy. Also I did not have to disconnect the electrical connections. Just rotate the chute assembly for access.
