I looked up my washer, looked at the diagrams, watched your video which made things a lot easier! Took the washer apart, found the problem, ordered the parts from you and the washer was put back together and working within 3 days! Love your website! I was going to replece the suspension pads while I had the machine open, however I received the wrong pads so I put the old pads back in. Was simple after reviewing the videos. Theodore H Colonial Beach , VA February 08, 2019 Lid switch and shaking on spin cycle Replace switch last after cabinet was removed, thanks to the videos the task was a lot easier to do. Replace the 4 springs, bought the brackets just in case, but did not need. The washer still shakes on spin cycle without a load, but not as bad. I think someone in the pass overloaded the washer. I probably should have purchase those nylon bushings, which requires to remove the tub, I watch the video. Plus I spent more time cleaning the upper ring and plastic tub.
