Once again, I turned to AppliancePartsPro.com. Et voila! They bulbs were in stock AND arrived the next day! YEA! Fast, simple service. Instant Success! Who could ask for anything more? Lynn M Clifton , VA August 17, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid 30" Kitchenaid Free Standing Range Dual Fuel KDRP407HSS10 The oven began over heating locked and could not be turned off by the control knobs First time this happened we had a tech come out from the store we bought the stove - he diagnosed it as the control board (connects from the dials to the zodiac control). That process took about 6 weeks with scheduling and waiting for the part to come in. After that the oven worked for 1 month past the 3 month warranty on the part he replaced-great! I came to Appliance Parts Pros and ordered the control board thinking it went bad again (and I wanted to save money and time!). But it wasn't the fix- oven still would over heat. I called APP for help and they confirmed my deduction that what I really needed was the Zodiac Control. Had the Zodiac in a couple days. Problem fixed! This was my first stove repair and I only knew how to get to the parts by watching the first repair tech, but I took a picture of the wiring and with a screw set with multiple heads I was able to slowly do this in about 2 hours). The control board I had was good so I was able to return the one I ordered from APP very easily. Could not have been more pleased with the service and support- wish I would have contacted APP sooner!! This mom is super happy to have the oven back!
