William F New Port Richey , FL January 16, 2018 Our dishwasher door and no tension in it if you let it go it would fall down hard. Unscrewed the top interior washer from the countertop. Pulled the dishwasher out so I could see where the broken plastic bushing door spring came from. Viewed your video (love it) and could see exactly what I needed to do. Attached the new parts, corrected the adjustment legs on the washer to where they needed to be and DONE. Then I watched the --get this--VIDEO of how to do the job!! Five minutes and a screwdriver did the trick. The parts came in less than 24 hours. It simply gets no better than this. KUDOS. I had to, remove the trim pieces, lower the feet, etc. the repair video was GREAT!. the hardest point was to I D the part that I actually needed.
