Description

This coin chute guides coins from the slide into the coin mechanism so the machine can register payment and begin a cycle. Keeping the chute intact and aligned helps prevent jams and misfeeds in coin-operated laundry equipment.
  • Directs coins from the slide to the coin mechanism to register payment
  • Helps ensure smooth coin drop, reducing bounce-back and misfeeds
  • Common fix when coins jam, fall into the cabinet, or the unit won't start after payment
  • Replace if cracked, bent, corroded, or missing
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power; shut off gas before service
  • Open the coin housing/slide assembly and retain existing hardware
  • Install the new chute in the same orientation; align with slide and mechanism, then secure
  • Test with sample coins to ensure proper drop and operation before returning to service
