Description

This temperature control thermostat regulates the refrigerator compartment temperature by cycling the cooling system on and off. Replacing a faulty control restores consistent cooling and normal on/off operation so food stays at the right temperature.

• Senses compartment temperature and opens/closes electrical contacts to start or stop cooling
• Useful when the fridge is too warm or too cold despite adjustments
• Common symptoms: runs constantly or won't run, temperatures don't respond to the dial, no click or change when turning the control
