He was very knowledgeable about the part I needed and was helpful in placing the part order for me. I ordered what I thought was a set of 4, needed 3, and the very next day I had my order and fit perfectly. But what I'd missed, my fault, was it was individual knobs. I called customer service and had 2 more the next day. The rep was very nice and even though it was my fault she got them to waive the second shipping cost which they certainly didn't have to do.
