Description

This coupler connects the washer motor to the gearcase so the motor can turn the transmission and drive the washer's agitator and spin functions. Replacing a worn coupler restores reliable power transfer and normal wash cycles. What it does:

• Transfers torque from the motor to the gearcase so the washer agitates and spins
• Dampens shock between motor and transmission during load changes
• Worn or broken couplers can cause no-agitate/no-spin, slipping, or loud grinding noises
• Prevents direct metal-to-metal contact that can damage motor or gearcase
