Remove the 4 top star-head screws on the back side of door and loosen the next 2 lower screws on both sides of door about half way (loosening lower screws allows for easier access when installing new control panel) 2.) Disconnect control panel wires 3.) Replace handle 4.) Reconnect control panel wires 5.) Install control panel 6.) Tighten all 8 screws 7.) Hal F Basye , VA March 28, 2016 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS30IXBL7 The "dryimg" led would not extinguish and the "sani wash" led would not illuminate the heating element continuously overheated the dishwasher water which is not good for pllastic items I replaced the Control Panel on the top front of the dishwasher. Problem resolved. Lower front panel must be removed first. If not done, control panel plastic retainers at the ends will be damaged.
